I understand that I can request a copy of the sales agreement and terms of service or cancel this service by contacting Atlantic Energy at 800-917-9133 or [email protected] .

I understand there may be an early termination fee if I terminate the Agreement before the term expires.

I understand that by clicking "Submit" I am agreeing to voluntarily initiate service with Atlantic.

I understand Atlantic Energy is a licensed electricity and natural gas supplier and is not affiliated with my local utility company. Click here to see the utility's current price to compare. 

I authorize Atlantic Energy to obtain the following information from the LDC: consumption history; billing determinants; account number; credit information; public assistance status; etc. This information may be used by Atlantic Energy to determine whether it will commence and/or continue to provide energy supply service to Customer and will not be disclosed to a third party unless required by law.
