PowerSetter Confirmation Alert – SMS Terms of Service
By subscribing to the PowerSetter Confirmation Alert text messaging program, you agree to receive automated text messages from PowerSetter at the mobile telephone number you provided. You certify that you are the account holder for the mobile number.
- Program Name: PowerSetter Confirmation Alert
- Program Description: The purpose of the program is to send transactional messages only, which include one-time passwords, two-factor authentication, contract expiration reminders, and account notifications. No promotional or marketing content will be sent.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out/STOP: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receiving the STOP keyword, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

CONTRACT RENEWALS
PowerSetter will send you an email notification in advance of your contract expiration, reminding you of your contract terms. PowerSetter does NOT have your permission to act as an agent on your behalf for auto-renewals and will NOT auto-renew your contract.
