I acknowledge that I may rescind the agreement and authorization within seven days after receipt of the confirmation notice from the utility by contacting ComEd directly or by contacting Constellation at 800-785-4373 or by emailing to [email protected]. I understand that this contract shall not be legally binding until the 7-day confirmation period has expired, and I have not, directly or indirectly, rescinded my selection.

I allow Constellation to contact me at the phone number I provided in this enrollment.

Illinois Residents (Renewable Product Offerings): For Illinois renewable product offers, at the time of offering on this website, Constellation has not committed to a particular location or locations for the Renewable Energy Certificates used to fulfill its REC obligations under the terms of the product offer. Subject to change, Constellation does not anticipate pairing any of a customer’s energy usage with RECs from renewable energy resources located within the State of Illinois.

I verify that all information is correct, and that I am the customer of record, or have the authority to enter into a contract for this account. I understand the contract, and I am voluntarily authorizing the enrollment, renewal or switch (as applicable) to the supplier shown on this enrollment form. I understand that electronic acceptance of the sales agreement and terms of service is an agreement to initiate service and begin enrollment. I understand that energy supply will be provided by Constellation and energy delivery shall continue to be provided by ComEd. ComEd will respond to leaks or other emergencies should they occur. I acknowledge that switching to a competitive third-party supplier is not mandatory, and that I have the option of remaining with the LDC for basic generation service .

I understand and acknowledge that I have an affirmative obligation to provide the supplier with any change in e-mail address, and/or with any withdrawal of consent for the electronic retention of contracts and/or other customer information.

This offering is being sold and contracted by Constellation, IL ICC No: 17-0330. PowerSetter is not an affiliate, representative or agent of Constellation. PowerSetter will receive a payment from Constellation in connection with its efforts to facilitate your enrollment. Any questions regarding such payment should be directed to PowerSetter.
